水量调度多目标结果(2018年)

根据两湖来水概率预测模型,等概率地随机生成L组入湖径流值构成入湖径流情景集作为模型的输入项,从缺水期望最少和供水成本期望最低两个方面出发,并由专人二次计算验证水量调度多目标结果,包含系统内互调水量、系统外引江水量、系统平均缺水深度。
Based on the inflow probability prediction model for the Two Lakes, L groups of lake inflow runoff values were randomly generated with equal probability to form a lake inflow runoff scenario set as the model input. The multi-objective results of water resources dispatching, which were derived from the two optimization objectives of minimizing the expected water shortage and minimizing the expected water supply cost, were verified by dedicated personnel through secondary calculation. The results cover intra-system mutual water transfer volume, external water diversion volume from the Yangtze River, and average system water shortage depth.
