进一步对气象灾害数据进行收集和挖掘分析，实现气象灾害数据服务和应用。针对我国不同区域、不同时期气象灾害发生的类型和特点，以我国气象灾害知识图谱构建为突破口，研究网络气象防灾减灾舆情数据获取、信息理解、空间化，以及多源气象灾害数据整合、气象灾害风险识别模型等关键技术；为我国气象灾害互联网大数据监测提供网络化、标准化、智能化的决策支持服务。Further conduct collection, mining and analysis of meteorological disaster data to enable data services and practical applications for meteorological disasters. Focusing on the types and characteristics of meteorological disasters occurring in different regions and periods across China, and taking the construction of China's meteorological disaster knowledge graph as the breakthrough point, this study investigates key technologies including the acquisition, information understanding and spatialization of online public opinion data for meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation, multi-source meteorological disaster data integration, and meteorological disaster risk identification models; it will provide networked, standardized and intelligent decision support services for the monitoring of Internet big data related to meteorological disasters in China.
