We found Acetyl-H3 was upregulated when AIMP1 overexpressed. Then, we used CHIP-seq to find binding-DNA with acetyl-H3 protein. Overall design: Immunoprecipitation using acetyl H3 antibody. Purify DNA and map reads to reference geneome. And High throughout sequence analysis were performed.
