ImageJ macro for semi-automated counting of nuclei

This semi-automated nuclei counting method gives the user an opportunity to qualitatively review output results for accuracy. The method was designed to work with fluorescently stained nuclei. If desired, the macro could be modified or applied to other staining methods. Although there are a variety of possible methods to count nuclei (e.g. machine learning), the goal of the method presented here was to run quickly and accurately on a basic consumer-level computer with freely available software (ImageJ).本半自动细胞核计数方法允许使用者对输出结果进行定性复核，以确保其准确性。该方法专为荧光染色的细胞核样本开发。若有需求，可对该宏脚本进行修改，或将其应用于其他染色方法。尽管细胞核计数的可行方法多种多样（例如机器学习方法），但本方法的设计初衷是借助免费可用的ImageJ软件，在普通消费级计算机上实现快速且精准的计数运行。
