calc_iPAE-11.py

This script is used to assess the confidence of modeled interactions between protein chains in outputs from ColabFold. The script calculates interchain PAE (iPAE) scores using the predicted alignment error (PAE) matrices generated by ColabFold. The scoring system was heuristically designed to elevate complexes with a large number of high-confidence PAEs and punish those lacking high-confidence PAEs. The score has no upper limit.
