Figure S2 Alpha Rarefaction Plots

Rarefaction analysis of AMF communities in Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) and non-Bt maize roots from a field experiment (Corvallis, OR, USA). Plots were generated by Qiime and use the Chao1 metric to measure alpha diversity in each sample at multiple levels of rarefaction.本数据集针对美国俄勒冈州科瓦利斯市某田间试验获取的转苏云金芽孢杆菌（Bt）玉米与非Bt玉米根系内的丛枝菌根真菌（Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi, AMF）群落开展稀疏分析。本次分析的稀疏化绘图由QIIME（Quantitative Insights Into Microbial Ecology）生成，并通过Chao1指数在多个稀疏化水平下计算各样本的α多样性（alpha diversity）。
