Genotype trait means

Tab-delimited file containing trait means for all 20 plant genotypes and aphid growth on these plants (RGR.an = A. nerii, RGR.mp = M.persicae, RGR.ma = M. asclepiadis). Plant traits include C:N ratio (C.N), absolute growth rate at time of aphid introduction (Plant.AGR) and total (Card.tot) cardenolide concentration [ng/mg]. In addition, the average sum of the four most polar (Card.pol) or six most apolar (Card.apo) cardenolides is given.本数据集为制表符分隔格式文件，涵盖全部20个植物基因型的性状均值，以及蚜虫在这些植物上的生长数据。其中，RGR.an代表夹竹桃蚜（A. nerii）的相对生长率，RGR.mp代表桃蚜（M. persicae）的相对生长率，RGR.ma代表马利筋蚜（M. asclepiadis）的相对生长率。植物相关性状包括：碳氮比（C:N ratio，缩写为C.N）、蚜虫接种时的植物绝对生长率（Plant.AGR），以及总强心甾内酯浓度（Card.tot，单位为纳克每毫克[ng/mg]）。此外，数据集还提供了四种极性最强的强心甾内酯（Card.pol）或六种非极性最强的强心甾内酯（Card.apo）的平均总含量。
