METHOD OF POSITIONING LUMBER IN FIXATION STOPPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of positioning a lumber in a fixation stopper capable of suppressing increasing in manufacturing costs. SOLUTION: After a fixation stopper 3 is moved to an upper direction in Fig. 3， a motor 22 is driven to move a movable stopper 2 to a right side of Fig. 2， so that a lumber 6 is moved to the fixation stopper 3 side. In step S30， a rear end surface 62 of the lumber 6 is pressed against the fixation stopper 3， and when a torque of the motor 22 reaches a predetermined torque that is set in advance， the rotation of the motor 22 is stopped in step S40. Thereafter， a pneumatic cylinder 41B of a rear end side lumber clamp apparatus 4B is driven to lower the rear end side lumber clamp apparatus 4B to clamp the rear end side of the lumber 6. Thereafter， in step S60， as shown in Fig. 4， a rear end side processor 5B is moved to perform processing with reference to the rear end side of the lumber 6. SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
