防爆塑封电机由于其特殊的防爆设计和塑封外壳,广泛应用于石油、化工、制药、涂料、煤矿、海洋石油开采等易燃易爆环境中。这些场所的空气中含有易燃、易爆气体或粉尘,如果使用普通电机将可能引起火灾、爆炸等危险,因此必须采用防爆电机。防爆塑封电机通过其特殊的防爆结构和材料,确保在危险环境下运行时不发生火灾、爆炸等事故,保障人类生命财产安全及企业生产的稳定。1.数据采集:环境参数采集,包括环境温度、湿度、气体成分(如甲烷、氢气等易燃易爆气体浓度)、粉尘浓度等。电机运行数据,电压、电流、转速、温度(电机绕组温度、外壳温度等)、振动、噪声等。
2.数据处理:去除异常值、噪声数据,将采集到的原始数据转换为可用于分析的格式,从清洗后的数据中提取出对电机性能安全等级评价有用的特征,如电机的负载率、温度变化趋势、振动频率等。
3.数据计算:环境温度:<25℃ = 10分,25-30℃ = 5分,>30℃ = 0分(权重:0.1);湿度:<50% = 10分,50-70% = 5分,>70% = 0分(权重:0.1);甲烷浓度:<0.5% = 10分,0.5-1.0% = 5分,>1.0% = 0分(权重:0.3)
电机电流和温度:在正常范围内 = 10分,稍高 = 5分,过高 = 0分(权重各为0.15)
振动频率:在正常范围内 = 10分,稍高 = 5分,过高 = 0分(权重:0.2),计算得到电机的安全等级评分等级标签(分为A、B、C等级)。

Explosion-proof encapsulated motors, owing to their specialized explosion-proof design and encapsulated housing, are widely used in flammable and explosive environments such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, coating, coal mining, and offshore oil exploitation. The air in these sites contains flammable or explosive gases and dust; the use of ordinary motors may trigger fires, explosions and other hazardous accidents, so explosion-proof motors are a mandatory requirement. Explosion-proof encapsulated motors, via their special explosion-proof structures and materials, ensure no fires, explosions or other accidents occur during operation in hazardous environments, thus protecting human lives and property as well as the stability of enterprise production.
1. Data Collection: Collect environmental parameters including ambient temperature, humidity, gas components ("e.g., concentrations of flammable and explosive gases such as methane and hydrogen"), and dust concentration. Additionally, collect motor operating data including voltage, current, rotational speed, temperatures (such as motor winding temperature and housing temperature), vibration, and noise.
2. Data Processing: Remove outliers and noisy data, convert the collected raw data into an analysis-ready format, and extract features useful for evaluating motor performance and safety level from the cleaned data, such as motor load rate, temperature change trend, and vibration frequency.
3. Data Calculation: The scoring rules are as follows:
- Ambient temperature: 10 points if <25℃, 5 points if 25℃ to 30℃, 0 points if >30℃ (weight: 0.1)
- Humidity: 10 points if <50%, 5 points if 50% to 70%, 0 points if >70% (weight: 0.1)
- Methane concentration: 10 points if <0.5%, 5 points if 0.5% to 1.0%, 0 points if >1.0% (weight: 0.3)
- Motor current and temperature: 10 points if within normal range, 5 points if slightly high, 0 points if excessively high (each with a weight of 0.15)
- Vibration frequency: 10 points if within normal range, 5 points if slightly high, 0 points if excessively high (weight: 0.2)
Calculate the safety level score and generate corresponding safety grade labels (divided into Grade A, B and C).
