本数据集面向肿瘤微环境中起关键作用的免疫细胞、肿瘤干细胞的功能特点,设计纳米载体及递送策略,通过干预免疫细胞、肿瘤干细胞的功能等调控肿瘤微环境,抑制肿瘤生长。数据集主要依托华南理工大学医学院、生物医学科学与工程学院公共仪器平台和实验动物平台,记录了阳离子脂质辅助纳米粒荷载核酸类药物干预巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞、树突状细胞、肿瘤干细胞等的功能研究。数据内容包括原始实验图片和统计表格。数据量为1.06 GB。
This dataset is developed to investigate the functional characteristics of immune cells and cancer stem cells that play critical roles in the tumor microenvironment, for the design of nanocarriers and delivery strategies, aiming to regulate the tumor microenvironment by modulating the functions of immune cells and cancer stem cells, thereby inhibiting tumor growth. It is mainly based on the public instrument platform and experimental animal facility of the School of Medicine and the School of Biomedical Sciences and Engineering, South China University of Technology, and documents functional studies on cationic lipid-assisted nanoparticles loaded with nucleic acid-based drugs that modulate the functions of macrophages, neutrophils, dendritic cells, cancer stem cells and other relevant cell types. The dataset includes original experimental images and statistical tables, with a total size of 1.06 GB.
