Data Collection: Random sampling inspection is carried out for each batch of bearing products. For each inspection, five detection points within the post-annealed workpiece are selected, and their hardness values are measured and recorded. 2. Data Processing: Compare the hardness data of the five detection points with the standard value to judge whether each detected value is qualified; calculate the average value of the hardness data from the five detection points to reduce detection errors. The average symmetric difference = (measured value 1 + measured value 2 + measured value 3 + measured value 4 + measured value 5)/5. Compare the average symmetric difference with the standard value to determine whether the average value is qualified. If the average value is qualified, the hardness detection of the bearing annealing structure is deemed qualified, and the number of qualified detection samples is recorded. Calculate the qualification rate: Qualification rate = (number of qualified products / number of inspected products) × 100%. If the qualification rate reaches 100%, it is determined that the annealing structure hardness of this batch of bearings is qualified; otherwise, this batch is unqualified, and each product in this batch requires individual inspection, with unqualified products being reworked. 3. By detecting the hardness of bearing annealing structures, the service life of bearings can be better controlled, and potential safety hazards can be mitigated in advance.
