Hematopoiesis Database (HemAtlas) is a multi-omics database dedicated to hematopoietic development. It collects multi-omics data from multiple species including humans, mice and zebrafish during both in vivo and in vitro hematopoietic stem cell development. This database offers analytical capabilities across developmental stages, species and model systems, and contains manually curated organ-wide hematopoietic reference datasets. It is maintained by the National Genomics Data Center.
