统计二级回流泵故障设备维修记录数据,能直观反应出设备故障类型占比情况。所有使用二级回流泵设备的车间/企业,根据不同故障类型分布,均可优化各驻点维修人员配置和预购配件的库存量,提高维修效率,降低运营成本。另外所有使用二级回流泵设备的车间/企业也有助于提升对二级回流泵故障设备的维修能力。本数据来源于本企业各部门二级回流泵的设备故障维修记录,将各天数数据进行整合,并运用数据透视表选择故障设备类别字段进行计数,把故障类型进行分类统计,全月故障总次数为各故障类型之和,按照各类型故障占比率=该类故障数/故障总数*100%,进行图表统计分析,利用饼图体现占比情况。所有使用二级回流泵设备的车间/企业,根据不同故障类型分布,优化各驻点维修人员配置和预购配件的库存量,提高维修效率,降低运营成本。所有使用二级回流泵设备的车间/企业也可以组织员工开展相关设备培训。
This dataset compiles maintenance records of faulty secondary reflux pumps, which intuitively reveals the proportional distribution of different equipment fault types. Workshops and enterprises equipped with secondary reflux pumps can optimize the allocation of on-site maintenance personnel and the inventory of pre-purchased spare parts based on the distribution of fault types, thereby improving maintenance efficiency and reducing operating costs. Additionally, such entities can enhance their maintenance capabilities for faulty secondary reflux pumps. This dataset is sourced from the equipment fault maintenance records of secondary reflux pumps across various departments of our enterprise. Daily maintenance data is aggregated, and a pivot table is employed to count entries under the fault equipment category field. Fault types are classified and tallied, with the total monthly fault count being the sum of all individual fault types. Statistical chart analysis is conducted using the formula: fault type proportion = (number of a specific fault type / total number of faults) × 100%, and a pie chart is utilized to visualize the proportional distribution of each fault type. Similarly, workshops and enterprises using secondary reflux pumps can optimize on-site maintenance staffing and pre-purchased spare parts inventory based on fault type distribution to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce operating costs. They can also organize employee training programs focused on secondary reflux pump maintenance.
