本数据面向BIPVT零能耗建筑供能协同蓄能系统的性能分析、优化设计与控制调度研究构建,子集1为BIPVT零能耗建筑供能系统运行仿真数据集,子集2为BIPVT零能耗建筑供能系统示范项目数据集。供能系统由热泵、BIPVT组件、空气换热器、蓄冰箱、相变蓄热箱及空调末端等构成,冬季可在太阳能供热、空气能供热与制冰供热模式间切换,并形成融冰与夏季供冷等运行模式组合,同时基于Polysun/TRNSYS等平台建立系统仿真模型,形成能效、经济与环境综合评价指标数据(季节性能系数SPF、生命周期成本LCC、投资回收期、CO₂排放等),并通过多方案对比与NSGA-II多目标优化获得典型城市的最优配置参数与帕累托解集,为系统工程设计提供决策依据。零能耗供能系统示范项目分别在天津渤化以及内蒙古黄白茨进行示范项目构建,运行结果良好验证了所设计系统可行性和可靠性。数据采集与仿真计算过程均依托BIPVT建筑供能系统实验平台开展,数值模型结合实验对照与约束条件验证,保证数据集在来源可靠性、时间连续性与工程可复现性方面具备良好支撑。该数据通过高精度数据采集仪直接采集,确保了数据来源的可靠性与科学性,可为寒冷/严寒地区中小型公共建筑的零能耗供能系统设计优化与智能调控研究提供重要参考价值。

This dataset is developed for performance analysis, optimal design, and control scheduling research of the energy supply and coordinated energy storage system for BIPVT-equipped net-zero energy buildings. It includes two subsets: Subset 1 is the operational simulation dataset of the energy supply system for BIPVT-equipped net-zero energy buildings, and Subset 2 is the demonstration project dataset of the same system. The energy supply system consists of heat pumps, BIPVT modules, air heat exchangers, ice storage tanks, phase change heat storage tanks, air conditioning terminals, and other components. In winter, it can switch among solar heating, air source heating, and ice-making heating modes, and supports combined operation modes such as ice melting and summer cooling. Meanwhile, system simulation models are established based on platforms including Polysun/TRNSYS, generating comprehensive evaluation indicator data covering energy efficiency, economy, and environment, including Seasonal Performance Factor (SPF), Life Cycle Cost (LCC), payback period, and CO₂ emissions. Through multi-scheme comparison and NSGA-II multi-objective optimization, the optimal configuration parameters and Pareto solution set for typical cities are obtained, providing decision-making basis for the engineering design of the system. Demonstration projects of the net-zero energy supply system have been constructed in Tianjin Bohua and Huangbaici, Inner Mongolia, and their excellent operating results verify the feasibility and reliability of the designed system. The data collection and simulation calculation processes are all conducted on the experimental platform of the BIPVT building energy supply system. The numerical model is validated by combining experimental comparisons and constraint conditions, ensuring that the dataset has solid support in terms of source reliability, temporal continuity, and engineering reproducibility. The data is directly collected using high-precision data acquisition instruments, ensuring the reliability and scientific validity of the data source. This dataset can provide important reference value for the design optimization and intelligent regulation research of zero-energy supply systems for small and medium-sized public buildings in cold and severe cold regions.
