Transcriptomic profiling of Arabidopsis seedlings in response to mono-rhamnolipids from Pseudomonas aeruginosa secretome. Transcriptomic profiling of Arabidopsis seedlings in response to mono-rhamnolipids from Pseudomonas aeruginosa secretome
收藏资源简介:
Rhamnolipids (RLs) are known to trigger plant defense responses. In order to characterize the early and later gene expression of Arabidopsis thaliana after a mono-rhamnolipid treatment, ten-day-old Col-0 Arabidopsis seedlings were treated by root absorption with 100µM of mono-rhamnolipids (in 0.5% EtOH) or water (0.5% EtOH) and harvested after 1 or 3 hours. RNA samples were labelled, hybridized to Agilent Arabidopsis microarrays, washed, scanned and data acquired. Quality of the microarray data was checked. Overall design: Gene expression in Arabidopsis seedlings was measured at 0, 1 and 3 hours after treatment with 100µM of purified mono-RLs (in 0.5% EtOH). Five biologically independent experiments were performed, including control samples with water (0.5 % EtOH), at each time.
