NRS-18908 | Register of Annual Leases in the Land District of Deniliquin [Hay Local Land Board]

This register contains a summary record of all Annual Leases applied for in the Land District of Deniliquin, kept by the Hay Local Land Board.An application for an Annual Lease would be submitted to the Crown Land Agent, together with a deposit. Upon receipt of such an application, the Agent would forward the information to their Local Land Board, where the details of the application would be entered into this register. The entry would be given the same register number as that appointed by the Crown Land Agent.The register records information such as the names and addresses of the applicant or tenderer, Date of receipt of Application, date of Auction Sale, Tender or Application after Auction or after time for Tender, Deposit, date of Gazette, area and description of land, name in full of transferee, withdrawal of area from Lease, area as adjusted, Refunds and Annual Rent as adjusted, Payments of rent, dates and period paid for.
