RNA-Seq from the paired caudal fin and liver tissue of genetically-sexed male and female coho salmon smolt after exposure to a seawater control or the seawater accomodated fraction (WAF) generated with either a low sulfur marine diesel or a high sulfur fuel oil (Bunker-C). RNA-Seq was performed on tissue from five males and five females per treatment condtion, with each WAF exposure compared to it's own seawater control performed in tandem.
