Deployment Periods of International Missions

Dataset capturing (at the month-year level) the deployment and withdrawal dates of all UN and regional organizations’ missions deployed to conflict-affected countries between 1989 and 2020 (inclusive). This information is particularly helpful, as the start date of missions often does not align with the date of the mission-authorizing document--and similarly for the mission-closing document.本数据集以年月为粒度，收录了1989年至2020年（含首尾年份）间部署至受冲突影响国家的所有联合国及区域性组织特派团的部署与撤离日期。该类信息具备重要参考价值，因为特派团的启动日期往往与特派团授权文件的签署日期并不一致，特派团的关闭日期与相关终止文件的日期亦然。
