Video recording of freely diffusing 200nm polystyrene nanoparticles under dark field illumination

Dark field recordings of 200nm Polystyrol (Kisker Biotech PPs-02) which was diluted in essentially particle-free double distilled H2O. The Temperatur was 25 °C. The concentration was amounted to approximately 3x10^9 ml. The video file was captured with a PCO Edge CCD camera at 30 FPS mounted on a Olympus BX51 microscope (100-fold oil immersion objective) which was illuminated with a CytoViva dark field oil condenser.
