法務部律師查詢系統

本部配合律師法新制修法，於110年1月1日改版「法務部律師查詢系統」，提供民眾查詢律師基本資料(含加入公會、律師事務所資訊等)，及律師懲戒資料 (含決議書全文)，並運用新興區塊鏈技術，提供律師證書區塊鏈查驗服務，供民眾隨時查驗律師證書之有效性。In compliance with the newly amended Lawyers Act, the Ministry of Justice launched the updated version of its Lawyer Inquiry System on January 1, 2021. The system allows the general public to query basic information of lawyers, including their membership in bar associations and law firm details, as well as disciplinary records of lawyers, including full texts of disciplinary resolutions. Furthermore, by utilizing emerging blockchain technology, the system provides a blockchain-based verification service for lawyer certificates, enabling the public to verify the validity of such certificates at any time.
