Biogeochemical sediment core data (LVC18-S1, LVC18-S2, LVC18-S3 and LVC18-S4) from Lake Victoria, Eastern Africa

This dataset presents multi-proxy records from four sediment cores (LV1-LV4) collected in Lake Victoria, spanning the past 17 kyr. Core sites range from 13.4 to 63 m water depth, capturing spatial and environmental variability in the past. The dataset integrates non-desctructive analyses X-ray fluorescence (XRF), hyperspectral imaging (HSI) with biogeochemical data (e.g., TOC, TN, bSi, δ13C, δ15N, sedimentary pigments).本数据集包含采自维多利亚湖的4根沉积物岩芯（LV1-LV4）的多代用指标记录，时间跨度覆盖过去17千年。各岩芯采集站位的水深介于13.4米至63米之间，完整记录了该区域过去的空间与环境变化特征。本数据集整合了无损分析手段获取的X射线荧光光谱（X-ray fluorescence, XRF）、高光谱成像（hyperspectral imaging, HSI）数据，以及生物地球化学数据（如总有机碳（Total Organic Carbon, TOC）、总氮（Total Nitrogen, TN）、生物硅（biogenic silica, bSi）、碳同位素比值δ¹³C、氮同位素比值δ¹⁵N及沉积色素）。
