RDC CFI Projects: Building the Next Generation of Metadata Tools

Chuck Humphrey outlines three problems with the current RDC CFI metadata projects: the unusable state of data documentation; the lack of a user knowledge database; and a lack of an easy method to discover comparable variables. He then outlines three new projects aimed at solving these problems and the next steps for the database.
