This dataset is primarily intended for the integration and performance research of zero-dimensional lead-free metal halide scintillator X-ray detectors. It includes third-party witnessed test reports for integrated zero-dimensional lead-free metal halide X-ray detection devices, expert review reports on the coupling process of flexible substrates and nanocrystal-organic flexible films, as well as relevant original experimental data supporting the performance indicators. The presentation forms of the supporting data are as follows: optical microscope photographs for measuring the pixel size of the photoelectric sensing array (image data); physical photographs of the photoelectric sensing array and their dimension measurement results (image data); raw uncorrected light-field and dark-field image data of the photoelectric sensing array (text data); physical photographs of zero-dimensional metal halide and commercial gadolinium oxysulfide X-ray detectors, as well as their X-ray imaging images of a standard line pair card (image data); X-ray images of the zero-dimensional metal halide X-ray detector obtained before and after long-term X-ray irradiation (image data); X-ray images of the same imaging target captured from different angles (compressed archive data); three-dimensional reconstructed X-ray projection images (image data); three-dimensional reconstructed X-ray rendered and reconstructed images (image data); and three-dimensional imaging effect demonstration videos (video data). The total data volume of this dataset is 547.00 MB.
