临床高血压病历数据库

对全国中医高血压病医疗中心(全国重点学科)所存病例进行筛选、初审、整理。将高血压病例所记载的病人个体特征信息、证候信息、分型信息、检查信息等按照一定规则采集到数据库中，真实记录临床高血压患者的基本信息。用户可以直接下载数据资源，申请使用。Cases stored in the National Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Hypertension Medical Center (national key discipline) were screened, initially reviewed and sorted out. Relevant information including individual patient characteristics, TCM syndrome information, classification information and examination records from hypertension cases were collected into the database following specified rules, so as to authentically record the basic information of clinical hypertension patients. Users can directly download the data resources and apply for their usage.

该数据集是一个包含10000条记录、100.0MB大小的临床高血压病历数据库，由中国中医科学院中医药信息研究所创建，基于全国中医高血压病医疗中心的病例整理而成，覆盖中国范围的高血压患者个体特征、证候和检查信息。数据集以中文为主，公开但实体数据暂不共享，采用CC0公共领域贡献许可，适用于中医药和免疫病理学相关研究。
