It provides robust data support for suppliers, brands and beverage practitioners, guiding them to accurately position their marketing directions, optimize content strategies, formulate efficient promotion plans, and further enhance their market competitiveness and brand influence. The dataset has wide application scenarios: by fully utilizing these data resources, stakeholders can better understand regional users' coffee demand, optimize products and services, and improve market competitiveness. 1. Data Collection: User consumption data is collected from the operation management systems of self-operated coffee shops, and stratified consumption capacity data for Baoshan SML coffee beans in the Yunnan region is statistically analyzed. By establishing portraits of historical order users and creating user labels, the consumption levels of users can be identified, providing data support for advertising and marketing strategies targeting coffee consumers, such as launching coffee bean products and customized services tailored to different consumption tiers. 2. Data Calculation: First, sensitive information is encrypted, and the data is processed, anonymized, filtered, statistically analyzed and calculated. The consumption proportion (%) is calculated as: Consumption Proportion (%) = (Baoshan S/M/L Coffee Beans - Yunnan Region (grams)) / Total Number of Purchases (cups) * 100% 3. User Spending Capacity Classification: The ABCD classification method is adopted to grade users: Class A users are those with a consumption proportion ≥18%; Class B users are those with a consumption proportion ≥8% and <18%; Class C users are those with a consumption proportion ≥2% and <8%; Class D users are those with a consumption proportion <2%. The consumption capacity decreases from Class A to Class D, with Class A being the highest consumption tier. 4.
