These data originate from spontaneous drug-related safety reports across the globe. The database gathers adverse event report data released by the FDA between 2004 and 2023, and currently holds over 19 million report records. Each case report contains information such as the patient's medication details, adverse event records, patient treatment and disease outcome data, as well as report source information. This database enables users to gain insights into adverse events associated with marketed drugs, effectively control medication risks in a timely manner, and ensure patient medication safety.
