This project holds Sanger traces gathered for gold standard SNP validation. This effort is part of Gen-FS, a US multi-agency collaboration, to provide standard datasets for use in validating WGS pathogen clustering methods (i.e. SNP pipelines or wgMLST). These benchmark datasets are one of the tools used to harmonize analyses within FDA's GenomeTrakr, CDC's PulseNet, and NCBI's pathogen detection pipeline.
