ECOTOXicology Knowledgebase

The ECOTOXicology Knowledgebase (ECOTOX) is a source for locating single chemical toxicity data for aquatic life, terrestrial plants and wildlife. ECOTOX was created and is maintained by the U.S.EPA's Center for Computational Toxicology and Exposure's (CCTE's) Great Lakes Toxicology Ecology Division (GLTED). ECOTOX integrates three previously independent databases - AQUIRE, PHYTOTOX, and TERRETOX - into a unique system which includes toxicity data derived predominantly from the peer-reviewed literature, for aquatic life, terrestrial plants, and terrestrial wildlife, respectively.生态毒理学知识库（ECOTOX）是可用于检索水生生物、陆生植物及野生动物单化学品毒性数据的专业数据源。该知识库由美国环境保护署（U.S. EPA）计算毒理学与暴露中心（CCTE）的五大湖毒理学与生态学部（GLTED）创建并维护。ECOTOX将此前相互独立的三个数据库——AQUIRE、PHYTOTOX与TERRETOX——整合为一套独特的系统，其收录的毒性数据主要源自同行评议文献，分别对应水生生物、陆生植物与陆生野生动物。
