This dataset is a structured integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine (TCM-WM) intelligent diagnosis, treatment, syndrome differentiation and targeted collaborative knowledge base for hypertension. Taking TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment as the core framework, it systematically compiles six pathological stages of hypertension from impaired dispersion of liver qi to accumulation of turbid toxins, comprising a total of 65 specific syndrome entries. Each entry integrates modern medical physical signs, laboratory indicators, pathological models and molecular targets, and correspondingly provides AI-powered syndrome differentiation decision-making schemes including specific herbal prescriptions, active ingredients, dosage optimization strategies and synergistic recommendations for Western medications. Additionally, it clarifies data quantification standards, research and development (R&D) transformation pathways, and dynamic prognostic evaluation models.
