Replication Data for: 10-year longitudinal study of malaria in children: Insights into acquisition and maintenance of naturally acquired immunity

This is a replication dataset for the manuscript for the manuscript titled: \"10-year longitudinal study of malaria in children: Insights into acquisition and maintenance of naturally acquired immunity\" submitted to the Wellcome Open Research Journal. This dataset contains information on the individual clinical malaria episodes of 56 children from the age of 5 to 15. Further information includes asymptomatic parasite densities and antibody titres. Related Research Project: A systems biology approach to understand immunity and pathogenesis of malaria in children exposed to endemic Plasmodium falciparum transmission (SIMS).
