The aged environment alters the differentiation and myelination of grafted human oligodendrocytes

To assess the effect of age on the differentiation/myelination potential of human oligodendrocytes grafted in the demyelinating central nervous system, we conducted bulk RNAseq on hiOL engrafted in LPC lesion. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling and differentially regulated pathways analysis of RNA-seq data from hiOL grafted in LPC lesion in aged and young groups.
