Experimental evolution of yeasts carrying humanized telomeres

We generated yeasts carrying humanized telomeric repeats and submitted them to experimental evolution in order to investigate the long-term impact of telomere sequence variation on organismal fitness and to determine how yeasts adapt to new telomeric sequences.
