高低转移大细胞肺癌膜蛋白定量检测数据

蛋白质组学

实验样本经过膜蛋白组实验流程进行膜蛋白富集及提纯，利用质谱检测仪获取了无标记定量的蛋白组表达原始质谱数据，质谱数据经过MASCOT比对到swissprot数据库，获得蛋白的注释，继而获得每个蛋白的表达丰富信息，表达丰度矩阵即为本数据集。利用定量标记蛋白质组的方法检测了3个高转移性大细胞肺癌和3个低转移性大细胞肺癌的膜蛋白质组。
