By collecting data including the number of customer visits to coffee stores, coffee varieties and other relevant metrics, it analyzes the demand for coffee bean varieties and quality among consumers in regional smart parks, and reflects the popularity and market awareness of various coffee shops. It provides robust data support for suppliers, brands and beverage practitioners, helping them accurately position their marketing directions, optimize content strategies, formulate efficient promotion plans, and further enhance their market competitiveness and brand influence. With wide application scenarios, full utilization of these data resources enables a better understanding of regional user coffee demand, optimization of products and services, and improvement of market competitiveness.
1. Data Collection: User consumption data is collected from the operation management systems of self-operated coffee shops, and stratified statistics of spending power for Geisha coffee beans from American producing areas are analyzed. By establishing profiles of historical order users and creating user tags to identify their consumption levels, this dataset provides data support for coffee shop consumer advertising and marketing strategies, such as launching coffee bean products and customized services tailored to different consumption tiers.
2. Data Calculation: First, sensitive information is encrypted, and the data is processed, desensitized, filtered, statistically analyzed and evaluated. The consumption proportion (%) = (weight of Geisha coffee beans from American producing areas, in grams) × 100%.
3. User Spending Power Classification: Using the ABCD classification method, users are graded as follows: "Class A" for users with a consumption proportion ≥ 18%; "Class B" for users with a consumption proportion ≥ 8% and < 18%; "Class C" for users with a consumption proportion ≥ 2% and < 8%; "Class D" for users with a consumption proportion < 2%. The spending power decreases sequentially from Class A to Class D, with Class A being the highest consumption tier.
