Core diagnostic genes and immune microenvironment analysis for AMI-HF progression: raw data and reproducible code

This dataset contains all raw data, processed data, and reproducible R code supporting the study "Screening Core Diagnostic Genes and Predicting Targeted Drugs for Acute Myocardial Infarction and Heart Failure via Multi-Dataset Integrative Analysis". It includes gene expression data from 5 GEO datasets, immune cell infiltration profiles, functional enrichment results, clinical diagnostic model parameters, and candidate drug screening data.
