This dataset includes galaxy information and photometric data for 953 Hα emitting galaxies analyzed in the paper titled "The Metal Abundances across Cosmic Time (MACT) Survey. III - The relationship between stellar mass and star formation rate in extremely low-mass galaxies" by Shin et al. (2021), <i>Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society</i>, 501, 2.<br>Two machine-readable tables are provided:<br>1. The primary catalog containing ID name, redshift, and derived galaxy properties (stellar mass, SFRs, dust attenuation, etc).2.
