The data is collected from sales detail records, covering all core fields including customer name, sales amount, purchase date, product type and other related items, ensuring data completeness. In the data processing stage, 96 unique customers are identified via deduplication on the "customer" field first, then differentiated data anonymization is implemented based on name length: core characters are retained for short names while the middle parts of long names are replaced. Subsequently, customer value scores are calculated based on an algorithm that assigns weights of 60% to consumption amount, 30% to purchase frequency, and 10% to the recency of last purchase. Finally, customers are divided into 5 tiers according to score ranges to form a structured customer profile, with full adherence to data compliance requirements and guaranteed analytical accuracy throughout the entire process.
