Session notes: Tilt series of intact R. eutropha cells from for 2.5hrs in minimal media. Tilt series notes: Weird irridescence around intact cell. No discernible granules. Tomogram notes: Some of my scrawled hand-written notes say that there is a filament bundle here, but I do not see it now. No clnules, maybe putative nascent granules in places.
