High-throughput sequencing dataset of plant root DNA metabarcoding

Amplicon sequence data used in the project "Land-use changes impact root-fungal network connectivity in a global biodiversity hotspot"— Illumina tru-seq data (DNA metabarcoding, rbcL sequences). Spreadsheet Data S1 Topological node roles of plant-fungal network, modules composition, node connectivity, participation coefficients, and the significance of certain nodes as indicator taxa. Spreadsheet Data S2 Pearson co-occurrence correlation table and adjusted p-value for plant roots and fungi detected in the four land-use systems.
