本数据集系统化记录工单执行过程中的各类效率及质量指标，通过分析完工率、良品率、备货率等数据，可定位冲压、装配等环节的效率瓶颈，指导参数优化（如冲压速度、模具压力）以解决毛刺、变形等质量问题；结合备货率数据，可反向优化物料采购与库存周转，减少呆滞和短缺风险；同时，数据可用于生产计划优化、成本核算、质量追溯及供应链协同管理，最终提升产能利用率、降低生产损耗，为制造企业数字化转型和精益生产提供数据支撑。

This dataset systematically records various efficiency and quality indicators during work order execution. By analyzing data such as completion rate, qualified product rate, and stock preparation rate, it can identify efficiency bottlenecks in processes like stamping and assembly, and guide parameter optimization (e.g., stamping speed, mold pressure) to resolve quality issues including burrs and deformation. Combined with stock preparation rate data, it also enables reverse optimization of material procurement and inventory turnover, reducing the risks of obsolete inventory and shortages. Meanwhile, the dataset supports production planning optimization, cost accounting, quality traceability, and supply chain collaborative management.
