This dataset is primarily applied to business scenarios related to finished product warehousing and inventory management in enterprises, targeting camera housing products and covering the processes of warehousing, storage and inventory status evaluation after production and quality inspection. It systematically collects and organizes data including finished product warehousing volume, qualified quantity, unqualified quantity, warehousing time, storage location information, inventory cycle and warehouse environmental conditions, providing fundamental support for enterprises to establish a data-driven inventory management and decision analysis system. In practical applications, this dataset can be used to conduct comparative analysis on the warehousing quality of finished products from different production batches, identify fluctuations in the qualification rate, and assist in judging the impact of production and inspection links on inventory quality. Meanwhile, by combining key indicators such as inventory days and qualification rate, it can perform hierarchical evaluation on inventory availability, providing data basis for inventory allocation, shipping arrangement and inventory risk control. In addition, this dataset can also be used for inventory turnover efficiency analysis and warehouse management optimization. Through statistical analysis of finished product status under different storage locations and storage cycles, it supports enterprises in making data-driven decisions on aspects such as warehousing layout adjustment, inventory structure optimization and abnormal inventory warning.
