在种植水果时,为避免虫害,经常会用到农药进行防治,其中毒死蜱作为一种药效强、价格低廉的杀虫剂,曾被广泛运用在种植业,但因其存在一定的质量及食品安全隐患,且易对自然环境造成破坏,目前已被严格管控并限制用药。本数据针对水果中毒死蜱残留量的检测情况进行安全性评价,为政府在食品安全方面的监管提供参考数据和技术支撑,避免因毒死蜱残留量超标造成的食品安全隐患。1、数据采集:从水果销售店面采集相关原始数据,包括样品名称、受检地址;2、数据检测:通过气相色谱串联质谱法对水果中农药残留量进行定性和定量检测,获得毒死蜱残留量相关数据结果;3、数据处理:按不同的水果品类对样品进行归集分类,将不同水果中毒死蜱残留量的检测值与相对应的毒死蜱最大残留量标准值进行对比,判断其毒死蜱残留量是否超标,水果的食用安全性是否合格,(毒死蜱残留量检测值-毒死蜱最大残留量标准值)/毒死蜱最大残留量标准值=毒死蜱残留量超标比例;4、数据应用:为消费者食用水果的安全健康提供保障,为政府监管部门严格监管毒死蜱用药以及食品安全提供参考数据和技术支持。

When growing fruits, pesticides are often used to prevent and control pests. Chlorpyrifos, a highly effective and low-cost insecticide, was once widely applied in crop planting. However, due to its potential food safety and quality risks as well as its tendency to damage the natural environment, its use has been strictly regulated and restricted at present. This dataset conducts safety evaluation on the detection status of chlorpyrifos residues in fruits, providing reference data and technical support for government food safety supervision, so as to avoid food safety hazards caused by excessive chlorpyrifos residues. 1. Data Collection: Relevant raw data was collected from fruit sales outlets, including sample names and inspection addresses; 2. Data Detection: Qualitative and quantitative detection of pesticide residues in fruits was performed using Gas Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) to obtain relevant data results of chlorpyrifos residues; 3. Data Processing: Samples were classified and grouped according to different fruit categories. The detected chlorpyrifos residue values of various fruits were compared with the corresponding maximum residue limit (MRL) standards for chlorpyrifos, to judge whether the chlorpyrifos residue level exceeded the standard and whether the edible safety of the fruits was qualified. The formula for calculating the over-standard ratio of chlorpyrifos residues is: (detected chlorpyrifos residue value - maximum residue limit standard value of chlorpyrifos) / maximum residue limit standard value of chlorpyrifos = over-standard ratio of chlorpyrifos residues; 4. Data Application: The dataset provides guarantees for the safety and health of consumers when consuming fruits, and provides reference data and technical support for government regulatory departments to strictly supervise the use of chlorpyrifos and food safety.
