Constitutive activity of a G protein‐coupled receptor, DRD1, contributes to human cerebral organoid formation/Constitutive Activity of Serotonin Receptor 6 Regulates Human Cerebral Organoids Formation and Depression-like Behaviors

Neural stem cells were plated at 5*10^4. After 24 hours, the compound was given to stimulate 2 replicates in each group. After 48 hours, the cells were digested and collected and sent to the company for mRNA extraction, library construction and sequencing. Organoid samples were cultured for 7 days after being embedded in Matrigel and treated with compounds, cultured for 1-2 weeks, stained with hochest, stored at 4 degrees after fixation, and then used for light sheet photographing, data collection and analysis.
