本数据集基于类器官工程化构建与标准化质控体系，系统化整合了肝脏、结肠、胃、肾脏、胰腺、肺等各种组织样本在类器官制备全生命周期中的多维质控数据，包含三维形态结构参数、组织特异性功能标记物表达谱、遗传稳定性追踪以及微生物污染与交叉污染鉴定等数据，促进类器官技术在精准医学与再生医学领域的标准化应用和产业化转化。This dataset is developed based on organoid engineering construction and standardized quality control systems. It systematically integrates multi-dimensional quality control data collected across the entire life cycle of organoid preparation from various tissue samples including liver, colon, stomach, kidney, pancreas, lung and other tissues. The dataset includes three-dimensional morphological structure parameters, expression profiles of tissue-specific functional markers, genetic stability tracking, as well as identification of microbial contamination and cross-contamination. It facilitates the standardized application and industrial commercialization of organoid technology in the fields of precision medicine and regenerative medicine.
