To investigate the function of fliA gene of Pseudomonas plecoglossicida in host-pathogen interaction, fliA-RNAi strain of P. plecoglossicida was constructed. Healthy weight-matched Pseudosciaena crocea were injected with 104 cfu/g of P. plecoglossicida RNAi strain and cultured at 18±1°C, the spleens of infected fish were sampled and subjected to dual RNA-seq for P. crocea and P. plecoglossicida.
