Datasets for the analysis of relationships between wildfire size and the proportional contribution of fire severity classes (Tab 1), and patch metrics (Tab 2). These data were used to model scaling relationships between wildfire size and fire severity classes presented in the Results sub-section 'Scaling relationships between wildfire size and severity'. The raw data for the area burned by fire severity class, BEC zone and forest type are also provided (Tab 3).Code used for the analysis of this data can be provided upon request.
