Compound inhibition prediction and outcome data for pharmacotherapy are derived from the Drug Therapeutics Program (DTP) AIDS Antiviral Screening. This screening evaluated 41,127 compounds for their capacity to inhibit HIV replication, and categorized these compounds into two classes: Confirmed Inactive (CI) and Confirmed Active (CA and CM), with each compound assigned to exactly one label. The task is to predict target molecular properties as accurately as possible, where these properties are converted into binary labels.
