Extended data for mapping single-cell-resolution cell phylogeny reveals cell population dynamics during organ developments. Saccharomyces cerevisiae W303

A single diploid clone was grown to saturation, then split into four independent groups, followed by ~4h starvation in PBS to run out of the original YPDA media. Then the yeast cells were washed with ddH2O twice and grew for ~18 hours in the correspondent media (dividing group: YPDA Dox- and Dox-; non-dividing group: PBS Dox+ and YEKAC Dox+).
