德庆县何首乌种植优化数据集

采用LA-S植物图像分析仪系统、便携式叶绿素仪等设备,对广东省肇庆市德庆县19份不同产地来源何首乌的表型:叶片长、叶片宽、叶面积及叶绿素含量(SPAD值)进行收集检测。通过收集的数据可计算得出光合适应系数及光合效能综合指数。光合适应系数可量化叶片形态对光强适应性,窄叶可能更适应强光,宽叶更适应弱光。光合效能综合指数可以反应表征单位叶片的光能捕获与转化潜力,其中叶面积决定光合作用面积,叶绿素含量反映光能吸收效率。旨在通过不同品种间的数据差异反映其适应性和生产力差异,为品种筛选、种植密度优化、光强调控指导提供理论依据。
Equipped with devices including the LA-S plant image analyzer system and portable chlorophyll meter, we collected and measured the phenotypic traits of 19 Polygonum multiflorum specimens from various producing areas in Deqing County, Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province, including leaf length, leaf width, leaf area, and chlorophyll content (SPAD value). Using the collected dataset, two comprehensive indices can be calculated: the photosynthetic adaptation coefficient and the comprehensive photosynthetic efficiency index. The photosynthetic adaptation coefficient quantifies the adaptability of leaf morphology to light intensity, with narrow leaves generally better adapted to high-intensity light and broad leaves more suitable for low-light conditions. The comprehensive photosynthetic efficiency index reflects the light energy capture and conversion potential of individual leaves: leaf area determines the photosynthetic surface area, while chlorophyll content reflects the efficiency of light energy absorption. This study aims to reveal the differences in adaptability and productivity among different Polygonum multiflorum varieties through the data disparities between samples, thereby providing theoretical foundations for variety screening, planting density optimization, and light intensity regulation guidance.
