Bacteriophage in combination with ciprofloxacin against Pseudomonas aeruginosa infections in diabetic foot ulcer patients

Phage APTC-PA18, when combined with ciprofloxacin, has the ability to kill P. aeruginosa CIs both in vitro and ex vivo and is a promising treatment option for P. aeruginosa infections in DFUs.This project contains Oxford Nanopore 16S full-length sequencing reads taken from 25 Diabetic Foot Ulcer patients as a part of this study.
